How many questions are on the final exam at the end of the Teen Driving Course class?
Teen Driving Course's final exam consists of 35 questions.  You will need to answer at least 28 correctly (that's 80%) in order to receive your certificate of completion for the online class.  If you don't pass it the first time, it's okay.  We'll let you retake it as many times as you need to, at no extra charge, until you do pass it

How long will it take for me to receive my completion certificate from Teen Driving Course?

Once I get my learners permit, can start driving right away?

You will need to log 50 hours of driving10 at nightof driving practice with your parent, legal guardian or a licensed 21-year old West Virginia driver who your parent or legal guardian approve of.  Have your parents sign off on these hours as you complete them, and bring that signed form with you when you apply for your provisional West Virginia drivers license.

Can my friends ride with me after I get my West Virginia instruction permit?
In addition to the licensed driver who's at least 21 years old seated in the front passenger seat, learner's permit holder may carry two (2) additional non-family passengers in the vehicle.

Intermediate driver's license holders may not carry any non-family passengers who are under the age of 20 for the first six (6) months after being licensed.  During the second six (6) months, you may carry only one (1) non-family member passenger who is younger than 20 years of age.
