- AGE REQUIREMENTS
If you are over 15 ½ years old, you may qualify for a Guam Driver License. However, any Minor, that is an applicant under the age of 18 years, must have a parent or legal guardian present with them during the initial application process. Types of Driver Licenses
Operator Driver License: Issued to drivers who operate a four-wheel vehicle for normal use.
Motorcycle Driver License: Issued to drivers who operate a two-wheel vehicle. Guam law requires any motorcycle driver to use a securely fastened safety helmet when operating a motorcycle.
Chauffeur’s Driver License: Issued to employed individuals with a working title as a chauffeur.
- WRITTEN EXAMINATION SECTION
When you begin to apply for a driver license, you must appear in person before a driver license examiner. The driver license examiner will ask you to fill out an application form consisting of your personal information and identification.

- Eye examinations will be administered during the driver examination. If you need any form of glasses, you are required to use those glasses during the examination.
