  • Passenger Rules ?For the first 9 months after being licensed, probationary license holders may carry passengers who are immediate family members. They are also permitted to carry one (1) additional non-family passenger who is 21 or older provided there is another passenger in the vehicle who qualifies as a supervising driver.
  • Other Driver education is a requirement for license applicants under 18.
