  • Other At 14 years a student may apply for a School Learner Permit(LPE) to practice for their School Permit(SCP) only if they live 1 and a half miles from their school and reside outside a city of 5,000 or more, or attend school outside a city of 5,000 or more. Applicants must be at least 14 years and 2 months old.
