For the first six (6) months after receiving your graduated drivers license, you are only allowed to have one (1) passenger under the age of 18 in the car unless your parent or guardian (who holds a valid Arizona Class A, B, C, or D driver's license) is seated in the front passengers seat. This restriction does not apply to minor-aged passengers who are your siblings.
Can I drive by myself in Arizona with my instruction permit?
